These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated version.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
